Low Libido?

We are governed by a complex set of sex hormones, oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone and they are in a continuous cycle of ups and downs.  Both periodically, during times of stress and as we age.  These sex hormones can easily get out of balance which will affect and disrupt libido.
